Nathalie Seres

Nathalie is a DJ and Producer currently based in Berlin, known for her dynamic and genre-defying vinyl sets that span a wide spectrum of contemporary club music. Her versatility, refined ear, and technical ability to weave together House, UK Garage, and other UK-inspired sounds have earned her a reputation as one of the freshest voices in the scene. As a Panorama Bar/Berghain resident, Nathalie brings something uniquely her own to the iconic venue: "a UK-influenced, breakbeat-heavy sound," as noted by Resident Advisor.

A vinyl-only DJ, Nathalie’s extensive record collection spans across genres and decades, adding depth and variety to her performances. She mixes recent releases with iconic '90s tracks, creating a rich blend of old and new. Her commitment to vinyl culture runs deep, and she frequently presses dubplates for her sets, using her platform to champion and support emerging producers from the younger generation. Her versatility as both a DJ and producer shines through in her debut EP "If There Is One", released in 2022 on Never Not Now, a label she co-runs with close friends in Berlin. Drawing from her deep musical knowledge, the record marks a confident step into production, blending intricate rhythms and bold textures that reflect her eclectic tastes.

Nathalie’s journey in music began in central Germany, where she was born to Polish parents. She grew up immersed in Drum and Bass during the mid-2000s, but her passion for music extends far beyond the booth. For seven years, she was one of the lead organizers and the creative director of the Freqs of Nature Festival, curating its renowned six-day lineup of experimental electronic music and art. Her role in shaping the festival's artistic vision showcased her talent for curation, which now informs her DJ sets.

A current resident at Refuge Worldwide Berlin, Nathalie continues to push boundaries, using the platform to explore more experimental sounds beyond the traditional dance floor spectrum. Whether in the studio, behind the decks, or steering the creative direction of a festival, Nathalie’s multifaceted approach to music sets her apart. With her distinct blend of genres, she offers a unique sonic journey, continuously shaping her path in the global electronic music landscape.
